HABITAT CLOTHES TO LIVE IN, INC. / RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies to online purchases made through www.habitatclothes.com. Please do not return items purchased through www.habitatclothes.com to any independent specialty retailer or any independent website selling Habitat Clothes. No returns will be accepted without a receipt from Habitat Clothes to Live In, Inc.
In addition, please do not return item(s) bought at an independent specialty retailer or independent website to www.habitatclothes.com. These returns must be returned to the original store or website where purchased.
If you are not happy with your online Habitat purchase thru www.habitatclothes.com for any reason we will gladly accept returns of merchandise that are in its original condition, unworn and unwashed within 30 days of the original purchase.
Please note on your RETURN FORM the reason for the return where indicated. You must fill out required (NAME and/or ORDER #) in order for us to proces the return/exchange. Place return form in box and pack item(s) securely. Attach the enclosed UPS label to your return and drop off at any UPS store or hand to a UPS driver. For exchanges please note on your return form what you would like in exchange. Please allow 7-10 business days to process your return.
The purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your original method of payment. We will deduct a return postage fee of $7.95 when our UPS label is used. We will waive the postage fee if doing an exchange. Credit card refunds will appear on your credit card statement within two billing cycles.
Please do not send the package C.O.D. as we do not accept returns shipped C.O.D. If you prefer to pay your own return shipping please use a shipping arrangement that allows you to trace and insure the return. You can return the package to:
