How do I place an order?

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

While we don't require it, creating an account offers perks like storing your billing address and multiple shipping addresses, joining our mailing list, checking order status, and creating a shareable wish list. Plus, it allows us to easily reach out if any issues arise with your order. Creating your account is a quick and simple process.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, and PayPal. You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150, after discounts and before taxes.

US (not including Alaska + Hawaii) Economy + Standard Shipping $7.95, Express $27.95.

Alaska + Hawaii Standard Shipping ONLY $9.95.

Can I change my shipping information after I have placed an order?

Unfortunately, once your order is submitted, we're unable to change shipping details due to our processing system. We're committed to ensuring your orders are processed promptly, hence adjustments aren't feasible once fulfillment begins. While we apologize for any inconvenience, we believe our speedy processing times will generally be beneficial. For further inquiries regarding shipping, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Service Team.

Do you offer international shipping?

We do not offer international shipping at this time. Our shipping services are available exclusively within the United States, and we do not ship to Canada or any other international destinations

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard and expedited shipments are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. For standard delivery, please allow an additional 4-8 business days. Orders are shipped via UPS SurePost from Monday to Friday.
1 or 2-day shipping options via UPS are also available at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping does not include the order placement day, weekends, or holidays. We do not offer hold-ship services, and orders will be shipped according to the selected shipping method.
Please be aware that Saturday and Sunday delivery may not be available in certain areas.

How can I track my order?

After your order ships, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to you. Simply click the link provided to access the carrier's website and monitor your shipment's progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become available on the carrier's site.


Alternatively, you can track your order directly in your order history. Sign in to your account using your email address and password, then select your order number from the order history. The tracking number will be displayed under the 'Status & Tracking' column. Click the link to access the tracking information for your order.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your online return/exchange policy?

The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies to online purchases made through www.habitatclothes.com. Please do not return items purchased through www.habitatclothes.com to any independent specialty retailer or any independent website selling Habitat Clothes. No returns will be accepted without a receipt from Habitat Clothes to Live In, Inc.


If you are not happy with your online Habitat purchase thru www.habitatclothes.com for any reason we will gladly accept returns of merchandise that are in its original condition, unworn and unwashed within 30 days of the original purchase.

How Will My Return Be Processed?

Please note the numbered reason for return located at the
bottom of the Packing Slip provided in the package, and include that with the item(s). Send the packing slip and item(s) back using the provided UPS label via any UPS store or hand to a UPS driver. Please allow 7-11 business days to process your return. Credit card refunds will appear on your credit card statement within two billing cycles. Return labels are not provided for residents in HI and AK.

*If we are not able to process the exchange for any reason, we will issue an immediate refund.

Can I return my online purchase at a local retailer?

No, our Return and Exchange policy applies to online purchases made through www.habitatclothes.com. Please do not return items purchased through www.habitatclothes.com to any independent specialty retailer or any independent website selling Habitat Clothes. No returns will be accepted without a receipt from Habitat Clothes to Live In, Inc.

Can I return my purchase from a local retailer to Habitatclothes.com?

No, please do not return item(s) bought at an independent specialty retailer or independent website to www.habitatclothes.com. These returns must be returned to the original store or website where purchased.

I received the wrong item/an item is damaged, what should I do?

How do discount/gift card codes work?
  • Simply enter the discount code at the discount entry field during checkout. Please note, only one (1) discount code may be applied per order.
  • By using or purchasing this merchandise e-gift card, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined here. This e-gift card is exclusively for online use at HabitatClothes.com and cannot be used at any Habitat Clothes retailer store or websites. Your purchases will be deducted from the card value until the balance reaches zero. Please note that this e-gift card cannot be returned, exchanged for cash, transferred to another e-gift card, or applied to previously purchased merchandise. Refunds for purchases made with the gift card will be credited back onto the same gift card. This e-gift card is valid for a period of five (5) years from the date of issue.
