Returns and Exchanges
HABITAT CLOTHES TO LIVE IN, INC. / RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies to online purchases made through Habitat Clothes online. Please do not return items purchased through Habitat Clothes online to any independent specialty retailer or any independent website selling Habitat Clothes.
In addition, please do not return an item(s) bought at an independent specialty retailer or independent website to Habitat Clothes online. Those returns must be returned to the original store or website where purchased.
If you need to return an item(s) from your online purchase through Habitat Clothes for any reason we will gladly accept returns of merchandise that are in its original condition, unworn and unwashed within 30 days of the original purchase. One pre-paid UPS ground return shipping label is included in each package (limit one per order).
Affix the UPS ground return shipping label to the return packaging and drop off at any UPS store, UPS drop-box or hand it to your local UPS driver.
Please allow 7-10 business days from when UPS delivers your return to our facility, to be processed. Refunds will be processed for returned merchandise only (shipping fees are non-refundable)
Credit and Debit card refunds will appear on your statement within two billing cycles.
Refunds issued through PayPal usually take up to 5 business days to complete. Please contact PayPal if your refund is taking longer than this time frame.
If you need to exchange an item(s) from your online purchase through Habitat Clothes for any reason, please call our customer service team at 1-781-440-9919 to place a new order for the desired item(s). Payment is required to place an exchange order but Habitat Clothes waives the standard UPS ground shipping cost for exchanges when placed with one of our customer service representatives. Habitat Clothes offers ground shipping only for exchange orders. (If exchange order is placed directly through Habitat Clothes online and not through our customer service team, Habitat Clothes is not obligated to honor a refund for any shipping cost that may have been paid.)
Once an exchange order is placed, please follow the return process and a refund will be issued to you for the original order placed through Habitat Clothes.
If you prefer to pay your own return shipping, please use a shipping arrangement that allows you to trace and insure the return. Be sure to include documentation inside of the return packaging that includes your order number, first and last name.
