HABITAT CLOTHES TO LIVE IN, INC. / RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies to online purchases made through Habitat Clothes to Live In online. Please do not return items purchased through Habitat Clothes to Live In online to any independent specialty retailer or any independent website selling Habitat Clothes to Live In. 
In addition, please do not return an item(s) bought at an independent specialty retailer or independent website to Habitat Clothes to Live In online. Those returns must be returned to the original store or website where purchased.

If you need to return an item(s) from your online purchase through Habitat Clothes to Live In for any reason we will gladly accept returns of merchandise that are in its original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags on within 30 days of the original purchase. 

*Please ensure that all the styles you wish to return from the order are included before selecting Submit Return.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. Refunds will be processed for returned merchandise only (shipping fees are non-refundable)

Credit and Debit card refunds will appear on your statement within two billing cycles.

Refunds issued through PayPal usually take up to 5 business days to complete. Please contact PayPal if your refund is taking longer than this time frame.

* Packages returned to us via C.O.D. will be refused.
