INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO PLACE A RETURN/EXCHANGE

If your order starts with an “H-” please click on the Habitat logo below.  If it starts with an “E-” please click on the Escape logo.

-Once in the return portal, enter your Order Number, including the letter and dash, and your shipping zip code.

-Select the items to add to the return. After selecting the first item, add the return reasons, then continue to the “Exchange for new size” option at the top of the screen, or “Return item” to confirm the return option.

-If there is more than one item in your original order, you will come back to the main page with all the items listed. Please repeat the selection and reasoning process for each item you are returning. Each must be added one at a time before submitting your return if there are multiple items being sent back.

-Once all the items are selected for return and have their return reasons and/or exchanges added, review the return before clicking “Submit return”.

-If you are exchanging any items, payment information will be asked for to temporarily hold the exchange amount until the return package is scanned and shipped back to us. Once the return shipment is scanned, the temporary hold will be released and not charged. This is to allow us to ship your exchange immediately while the original item(s) are in transit.

-The final page will let you know the return has been submitted and a return label will be generated to print and use with your item(s) being returned.

If there are items from a different Order Number that need to be returned or exchanged, please go back to the portal and start the process again. Each order number will need different return labels to be used.
